2025

Project Details

Santa Teresa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica
Category: Residential Architecture
Type: Residential Masterplan
Area: 1440 m²

Villa Elu & Villa Nalani are conceived as part of a cohesive residential vision that responds to the coastal landscape of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Designed by Instinto, the project explores the relationship between architecture, topography, and the surrounding environment through a series of carefully positioned volumes. Each villa is designed to maximize views, natural ventilation, and privacy, while maintaining a strong connection with the tropical context. The architectural language balances materiality and form, creating spaces that feel both grounded and open. Through architectural photography, the intention was to capture the interplay between built form and landscape, highlighting the scale, atmosphere, and experiential quality of each villa within the broader masterplan.
