Project Details

Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, CRI
Category: Residential Architecture
Type: Contemporary Tropical Architecture
Area: 1038 m²

Enoki is conceived as an exploration of spatial openness and material precision, where architecture is defined through clean lines and a strong relationship with its natural surroundings. Designed by QBO3 Arquitectos, the project balances solid and void, creating a sequence of spaces that transition fluidly between interior and exterior. The architectural language emphasizes proportion, light, and texture, allowing materials to define the atmosphere of each space. Large openings frame the landscape, while controlled geometries provide a sense of order and calm. Through architectural photography, the intention was to highlight these spatial qualities, capturing the way light interacts with surfaces and how the architecture unfolds as a lived experience. The result is a visual narrative that reflects both precision and warmth within a contemporary tropical context.
